Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious sails through the Thames Barrier just before 11:30am on Wednesday May 8 2013, then under the Emirates Air Line (Cable Car) and past the North Greenwich O2 Arena en route to a berth at Greenwich. Known as "Lusty", the ship is one of three in the capital for events to mark the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic.
